Meet the Team

CTO & CO-FOUNDER

Barry Bruce-Antwi

(ACCA, CITG, MSc Fin Mgt, PCIB, CET INS, BSc Acc)

Mr. Antwi holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of East London, UK, and professional certifications in banking and finance from Benedix (Imperia College London), UK, as well as in Insurance from American Life Insurance Company of the UK.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.
Mr. Antwi has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over his more than 15 years of extensive experience in banking, finance, and accounting.

His professional journey includes seven years at Radisson Blu Edward, London, UK, where he served as an auditor and manager, followed by three years at Smart Link Management Limited, London, UK, in the capacity of an accountant. He further enriched his experience with a two-year tenure at SG (Société Générale) as an operations officer.


Presently, Mr. Antwi serves as the Managing Director of Smart Trust Accounting Consultancy, a subsidiary of Asafu-Adjaye and Partners, headquartered in Accra, Ghana. Smart Trust Accounting Consultancy is a Ghanaian-owned auditing firm, reflecting Mr. Antwi’s commitment to contributing to the professional landscape in his home country.
